GIBBONS & GRECH CONTINUE THEIR WINNING WAYS
Aaron Grech once again proved that he's the man to beat at the moment in the Kent category making 3 wins from 3 starts and also grabbing all the fastest lap extra points while he was at it. Behind him it was mayhem all weekend with championship contenders Simon Hodges, Mark Lowing and Daniel Holihan all finding trouble one way or another.
Mark Lowing ended up sitting out the round with a blown motor whilst championship rival Daniel Holihan struggled to find speed all weekend. Jake Hobbs proved he was a chance for an outright podium all weekend but unfortunately it wasn't to be with new Anglo Australian Motorsport rookie Keith Brennan scoring a podium on debut behind his more experienced team mates Aaron Grech and Simon Hodges. Whilst Hobbs and Holihan rounded out the top five.
Lachlan Gibbons was the class of the field this weekend dominating the Duratec category making it 3 wins from 3 starts. The teenager showed no signs of slowing down all weekend after driving away from rookie contenders Jett Bennett and Jake Donaldson who finished 2nd and 3rd respectively behind him on the podium for the weekend, whilst newcomer Ryan Suhle rounded out the four car field.
